WooCommerce Event Tickets Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">If your purchase includes <strong>event tickets<\/strong>, such as fundraising banquets or ministry events:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Unless otherwise stated on the event page:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Refunds are available <strong>up to 7 days before the event date<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">After that window, we cannot guarantee refunds due to commitments made to venues, food vendors, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">If an event is canceled by Whole Truth Ministries, you may choose between:<br><strong>\u2022 A full refund<\/strong>, or<br><strong>\u2022 Converting the ticket cost into a donation (with tax receipt).<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Ticket transfer requests (assigning your ticket to another attendee) may be accepted up to <strong>48 hours before the event<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.
