Kyle Shaw, CPRS & CDC-A
Founder, CEO & Executive Director
Kyle provides the spiritual and organizational leadership that guides Whole Truth Ministries. He oversees program vision, develops partnerships, leads staff meetings, and makes key operational decisions. Kyle also directs fundraising efforts, maintains financial oversight, and ensures the ministry operates with integrity and compliance. As the primary representative of WTM, he leads with purpose, compassion, and a deep commitment to long-term recovery.

Jason Johnson, CPRS
Assistant Director & Peer Support
Jason supports the spiritual direction of the ministry and provides one-on-one guidance to staff and residents. He helps resolve conflicts within the recovery homes, strengthens team communication, and ensures that daily operations align with WTM’s mission. Jason reports directly to the Executive Director while helping mentor and support the peer support team.

James Wing, CPRS-S
Administrative Director & Peer Support Supervisort
James brings compassion, clarity, and strong leadership to his role as Administrative Director. He is dedicated to advocating for clients and supporting them through their own journey and experiences. His steady encouragement and commitment to service make him an essential part of our program.

Vernon Ferrell
Director of Development & Strategic Projects
Vernon leads the development, technology, and strategic growth initiatives for Whole Truth Ministries. He builds systems that strengthen operations—from digital infrastructure and fundraising tools to communication workflows and organizational processes. Vernon also guides long-term planning, creates solutions that support staff and residents, and ensures the ministry has the tools and structure it needs to grow. His work blends technical expertise with a heart for service, helping WTM expand its impact with clarity, sustainability, and excellence.

Wesley Southers, CDC-A
Program Director
Wesley leads program structure and resident support across all homes. He facilitates weekly groups, oversees house manager meetings, responds to incidents, and manages conflict resolution. Wesley also helps develop new activities and standards, ensuring each home environment supports progress and accountability. He meets individually with houses weekly and reports to both the Executive and Assistant Director.

Robert Edwards
Intake Specialist & House Manager
Robert is often the first point of contact for new residents. He manages incoming calls, completes intakes, handles resident house fees, and oversees the one of out recovery homes. He also assists with quality reporting and data integrity alongside the Administrative Director. Robert maintains communication across all leadership roles to ensure smooth operations and strong resident support.

Tyler Breeding, CPRS-S
Peer Support Supervisor
Tyler leads weekly peer support supervision, providing structure, coaching, and accountability to the peer support team. He ensures all peer supports are equipped to guide residents effectively and maintain the spiritual and cultural tone of the homes. His leadership supports growth, compliance, and consistency within the peer recovery model.

Peer Supports
Brian Lowry (Driver), Jason Johnson, Justin Orr, Jacob Shelley
This team offers transportation, daily mentorship, emotional support, and guidance for residents. Peer Supports help men navigate recovery, build life skills, connect with resources, and stay accountable to their goals. They work closely with leadership to reinforce structure and maintain the safety and integrity of each home.

House Managers
Brian Lowry, Jason Johnson, Justin Orr, Walter Hauschild, Ryan Knee, Justin Fry, Dana Helton
Orr, Jacob Shelley
House Managers play a key role in maintaining the culture and safety of each recovery home. Their responsibilities include:
- Setting the spiritual tone
- Providing guidance and support to residents
- Ensuring safety, accountability, and compliance
- Reporting data and incidents in OneStep
- Administering random urinalysis
- Enforcing chores, rules, and house policies
They serve as daily role models and are often the most consistent source of structure in a resident’s recovery journey.
